SPECIALINSERT is proud to propose products ranging from tubular threaded inserts to bush for plastic materials, from inserted threads to fasteners for wood, from shear rivets to quick-turn fasteners. Some of our products for sheet metal & pipes are for example the DEFORM-NUT. This is a threaded tubular UNI standard rules compliant rivet. It can be installed on metal sheets or closed part, such as boxes sections and pipes. Easy and quick to install, it solves all threading problem on thin sheets (from a minimum of thickness of 0.5 mm). It can be apllied any phases of the productive process. It is produced in steel and stainless steel, cylindrical, knurled or not, hexagonal. Can be installed using either manual or pneumatic tools. Available threading from M3 to M12. Another product is the CLIFA, Cylindrical nuts and threaded studs to be pressure fit on metal sheet. Clifa is pressed in to formed components with blanked receiving hole. Has small exterior dimensions, therefore saves space and weight and facilitates attractive designs.
