During SteelFab 2010 Rolleri s.p.a will present tools and the innovative, exclusive, patented “Rolleri Clamping Systems” for press brake machines. Thanks to the “Rolleri Clamping Systems” the value of the machine is increased, offering to the customers the best answer in terms of quick and safe clamping solutions, keeping the price low, thanks to the simplicity of their project and their use. ROL1 system is the innovative quick clamping system for press brake tooling whose work is completely mechanical, able to increase the press brake efficiency and versatility. This system with application costs extremely competitive, makes it the best solution how to improve the older press brake performance and allows a reduction of the time spent for each operation of change of tools. ROL1 system allows the vertical connection of the tools to the press brake machine, thanks to a series of springs loaded push rods that acts as a safety system (anti fall) but, also, it allows to change the tool upright by means of its interaction with the clamp “Rol1 clamp1”, an innovative clamp suited with a specific hardened and ground “V” groove. ROL1 can be installed on all the press brake machines whose intermediates tool holders are conformable to the Promecam/Amada connection standard dimensions. In order to use the perfect functionality and advantages of the Rol1 system it is sufficient to replace the original clamps by the new ROL1 CLAMP1. Together with ROL1 GROOVE applied to the tools, the operator is allowed to change tools upright easily and quickly. At the same time tools are correctly aligned also in vertical direction (To appreciate the usefulness of patent Rolleri we suggest you to see the video relevant to the Rol1 System on our web site www.rolleri.it). The choice of ROL1 does not involve limitations to the flexibility. In fact thanks to the ROL1 CLAMP3 you still have the opportunity to install the traditional tools (not equipped with the ROL1 GROOVE). In this way the tool replacement operation sequence will be the same as before, the tools have to be slide out from the machine side and finally vertically aligned. The innovative kit for double clamping ROL1 CLAMP1 KDS allows to mount the tool on both sides of the intermediate. One front locking handle drives both clamps and guarantees safety and simplicity of working. Even with this kit the locking of the handle determines on both sides the perfect alignment of tools. The range of ROL1 products includes the ROL1 PN System, the application of the pneumatic gear to the “ROL1 System”. This system works thanks to pneumatic cylinders, from which the air pressure makes the stem comes out, this stem causes a rotation of the clamp and the lock of the tools. The release of the air pressure let the stems return into the cylinders, and set the tools free from the lock of the clamp. “ROL2 System” is the revolutionary system for the quick clamping of the lower tools composed by a special clamp ( L = 500 mm) that can be activated by a lever inserted in the middle of the system. The working of “ROL2 System” is through a series of springs, placed inside the clamp, that let the “ROL2 CLAMP1” be opened or closed and perfectly align the lower tools. Thanks to a special polyurethane insert the work of “ROL2 CLAMP1” is uniform and constant through all the length, and allows the lock even of small sectioned pieces. For a press brake machine with a length of 3 meters only 6 movements are necessary to lock all the lower tools. The engagement that Rolleri places in the research has allowed the evolution of the pneumatic system until the creation of ROL3 System, an oil-pressure locking system studied on the basis of customers’ needs. The versatility of Rolleri and the great competence of our “Research & Development” department have allowed to apply with success this innovative system on machines and on different kind of connections. Our customers made the bending operations quicker and they amortized the investment in a short period of time. |
