3) SteelFab 2019 – MANDATORY FORMS FOR SHELL SCHEME

This WORD document is a set of three mandatory forms to be filled in by shell scheme users, who are having small stands and do not require other services. It is not required to fill them if you have already filled in 2) above. Please download as a WORD DOCUMENT, please fill related forms, SAVE BY YOUR COMPANY NAME & return as a WORD document.

The due date of returning these forms is before 30th of November 2018 by email in word document. However, with the Christmas break and proximity of the show you are encouraged to fill in and return it at the earliest.
